Somatic Strategy is a unique body-based therapy centered in breath. It is designed to help you access and release deep-seated tension, process old stress, and restore your natural state of health, vitality and calm.
It is an integrative, gentle yet profound method that goes beyond traditional talk therapy by recognizing that your body holds the complete story of your emotional and mental experiences. Our practice is centered around functional breathwork and the understanding that your breathing pattern is a direct reflection of your nervous system health. When you experience stress, anxiety, or trauma, your breath pattern changes, becoming restricted, or dysfunctional. Somatic Strategy works to restore your original, healthy breathing pattern, which in turn restores proper health, function and efficiency across all systems of your body, allowing for your internal state come back into balance.
HOW IT WORKS
Somatic Strategy is a holistic method that integrates three key elements:
Functional Breathwork: We use science-based techniques to optimize your breathing mechanics and biochemistry. This is not just about relaxation, it's about correcting fundamental breathing habits to calm your nervous system, improve energy, and enhance focus.

Therapeutic Touch: Through elements of gentle bodywork and therapeutic touch, I bring your awareness to the areas of physical tension and emotional holding in your body. This awareness allows you to safely and naturally release unprocessed material - old stress, pent-up emotions, or past experiences - that is currently draining your system.

Somatic Inquiry: I guide you to explore and understand the link between your physical sensations, emotions, and thought patterns. By following the body’s wisdom, it helps you discharge what is no longer serving you, restoring the healthiest psychological, emotional, and physiological balance.

Somatic Strategy is a deep integrative work with your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Provided in a one-on-one setting only, this practice is centered in breath, therapeutic touch and elements of movement. Offered in a safe yet accountable environment, this is a trauma informed body based method, that enhances well-being by improving function, releasing deeper tension, process trauma, and prevents future imbalance. Best understood through direct experience, each session builds according to principals of titration, pendulation and informed consent.
12 weeks course

Full Somatic Strategy Course Includes 12 Private sessions scheduled once per week. It provides a gradual repatterining and sustainable change through immersion and consistency, resulting in profound transformation and further unfolding over a lifetime. After completion you are welcome to continue monthly for further progress or have occasional sessions as needed. Best for growth oriented women, committed to personal evolution, seeking to create deeper change and lasting fulfillment.
